Grainger.com has the blue 80 ft-lb Steelman Torque Stick (50091A) for $9.70 with free in store pickup. The picture at Grainger is wrong, I ordered this online and picked up in store and verified it is the correct item.
This is $20 at Amazon and has never been under $18 there.
Great deal if you just want the 80 ft-lb!
Note this can only be used with an impact wrench or driver. This relies on the impact movement to set your bolt to the correct torque.
