I bought this last year when it went on sale and I like it a lot. There are some a little bit cheaper but this is a really nice unit.
Advantages:
- <5% THD so safe for electronics
240V can power whole house (or at least my house) Most inverter gens do *not* give you 240V.
dual fuel means fuel won’t go stale and carb will stay clean
electric start is nice when its cold and dark
includes wheeled frame, useful generator cord, LPG hose and regulator
it’s Costco so low hassle if there are issues
Disadvantage: it’s moderately loud. Don’t run it inside the house.
