Both are very similar, mostly just the form factor is different.

Dome cameras do have issues outdoors, so do consider the bullets for outdoors.

Hikvision OEM IP PoE cameras, the bullets look to have a trap door which may lead to a microSD card slot. There was no mention of a microSD card slot on the specs provided by Swann.
These cameras will work with the Swann NVR listed, as well as should work Hikvision OEM NVRs which can accept 5MP resolutions cameras ( i.e. should work with the recent LaView NVR deal from Newegg which hit the fp )
