Looks like Walmart has rollbacks/clearance on some of the Stanley SweetHeart edition hand planes. These are considered their higher end hand planes and many of them at very low/all time low prices. Looks like amazon has matched a few as well.
Obviously these don’t compete with Veritas or Lie-Nielsen but these are nicer than hardware stores contractor grade planes for hobbyist woodworkers.
