I’ve been keeping my eye on this software since Adobe went to a subscription service.
It’s the closest to Adobe Photoshop software that you’ll get, and get free updates without having to buy a subscription. It can even open up PSD files to edit/review. The only limitation the software has (from what I’ve read) is some very advanced features aren’t included from the newest version or two of Photoshop. However, if you dabble in photoshop work and not live by it, you likely already have Photoshop and not care about Affinity Photo.
