I see the Costco Cash Card as the same as cash. So I think this is a nice price even comparing to the Samsung EPP. Besides the extended warranty from the Costco Citi Visa card and being backed up by Costco customer service. I know the tax sucks, but consider it as the price for the awesome Costco CS.
