T-Mobile Essential is just announced and seems the cheapest plans so far if your interested in T-mobile. It is designed for those who say they just want the basics:
unlimited talk, text and 50gb non tethered smartphone data in the U.S. – all at the industry’s best price, only $30 per line for a family of four with autopay.
Like its other plans, also costs more if you do not plan to opt into the family deal: the package starts at $60 for a single line, $30 for the second, and an extra $15 for every additional lines 3-6, plus taxes and fees with autopay. Without autopay, it’s $5 more per line. Features offered with the T-Mobile One plan, including in-flight texting and unlimited music streaming, will not be available on T-Mobile Essentials.

But…., the discount comes at a cost of quality.
1-Streaming quality is what will suffer the most. In fact, the company points out that at times and places with "heavy network demand," Essentials customers will be the first to see slower speeds.
2-And if they use upwards of 50 gigabytes of data each month, internet speeds and video quality may be throttled even further.
3-Video "typically" streams at 480p, the company said in its press release. (That’s the quality of a standard DVD. Yuck.)
4- you don’t get any hotspot usage.
5-Finally, you may also be asked for a deposit and to pay $25 for a SIM starter kit.
Hope some would find this useful if needed starting 8/10/2018 instores I believe.
