Costco has the High Sierra Underseat Tote for $29.99. This is slightly different but mostly identical to the High Sierra Endeavor which sells in the $60-$70 range.
The best thing about this piece is it’s the closest match to the Spirit Airline personal item allowance. The luggage will fit in the measurement box perfectly (if you ever get asked to), utilizing ever inch of that tight allowance without having to cough up extra baggage fee. Just remember not to over-stuff too much.
