Newegg via eBay has Huawei Mate SE on sale for 229.99- 15% eBay coupon PRONTO15, to bring it down to 195.50.
It was cheaper at one point when there was 20% eBay coupon but this is probably the cheapest right now. I personally used the phone and thought it was really good overall especially for the price.
