  1. Turn on XMP, see what it defaults the profile voltages for. Prepare to go higher.
  2. Turn off XMP
  3. Manually set the multiplier to 32.00
  4. Manually set the CAS to 16
  5. Manually set the NB (your mobo may call it something else, like UnCPU or something) to 1.1V
  6. Tweak your RAM’s voltage accordingly. According to AMD, the MAXIMUM you want to go is 1.5V (even this seems ludicrously high for DDR4, but 1.5V works for me and the sticks don’t even get warm enough to feel it).

After the tweak steps above, I was able to get these sticks to 3200MHz stable. It actually took the system a minute or two to adjust to the new settings, but, since then, it just screams. I wish GSKill would work with AMD a little more to get more of their modules validated for Ryzen and Threadripper, but, se la vie.
