Xfinity Performance Pro Tier: 150 Mbps Internet Only Plan (YMMV)

I have only signed up for Internet service. Its a pro tier 150 MBPS.
I used my own internet modem Motorola SURFboard SB6121, so no additional rent cost.
I only pay $42 a month for this service on 12 month contract. YMMV but you can use my bill as a reference for the promotion.
