How to Participate:
- SHOP – Purchase qualifying item(s) between 10/01/18 – 11/01/18 in one transaction, and star/check the item(s) and the date on your receipt.
- SNAP – Snap a clear photo of the entire receipt with your phone.
- SEND – Text INGOODCO to 811811 for submission instructions. Please allow 48 hours for processing.

I got a "This program is not available in your region." with my state (Maine), so I deleted cookies starting with Nitro and used Colorado to enter site. I could not find a list of participating regions in the terms.
