This might be a price mistake, as although the ad looks like it’s supposed to be $30, it also says $30 off regular price with a Switch purchase in another bubble. Online, it doesn’t deduct $30 if you add both to cart. So probably an error, so hopefully orders don’t get flagged and cancelled.
