Micro Center B&M and web store has again reduced price of the Samsung SmartThings Home Monitoring kit
Now 89.99 + (as applicable) Tax and Shipping (5.99) if you don’t have a local store to pickup.
Even with 5.99 shipping a few dollars less than amazon although probably less convenient than amazon if you’re a prime member.
In the box is:
1 x v2 Hub (standalone v2 hub is 44.95 when available in store)
1 x motion sensor
2 x multipurpose sensors
1 x outlet (also functions as zigbee repeater)

To the question usually asked, the V2 hub is arguably better than V3 hub having superior hardware specs and battery backup, although it requires hardwire ethernet rather than wifi.
Individual samsung branded smart devices usually are priced a minimum of $20 a piece — although if in stock B&M the prior generation multipurpose sensor is now also reduced to ~$15, and additional prior generation price reductions may also be available.
