eBay seller never-msrp (99.2% Positive feedback) has the Note 9 international variant on sale for $699.99.
This is the lowest it has been iirc. Do note that it is the international variant however and won’t work with CDMA networks (Verizon, Sprint, Boost). However it has dual-SIM support. Also some say the Exynos CPU performs better and provides better life than the US variant with the Snapdragon 845 (although the 845′s GPU is better).
