go to http://www.travelers.com/additionalbenefits an put in your homeowners policy number to see if you qualify and can get a code to order on Amazon. I received something in the mail informing me to look at this and it gave me a free code. Order went through without any problems. It appears they are giving away thousands of these. YMMV
