Lowe’s has the Hunter brand, Waldon 5 minute 52in ceiling fan on clearance in various colors and styles. Price is same for all colors, $64.50
I am assuming it is called the 5 minute fan because it is %90 pre-assembled in the box (blade arms are already attached and the blades pop into place).
