TurboTax Deluxe + State and Quicken Deluxe 2019 – $59.98 @ Staples B&M

Staples B&M currently has a promo that when you buy TurboTax Deluxe + State and Quicken Deluxe 2019, the price is $59.98 + tax (if applicable).
The math is:

On the cash register and receipt, it shows the price for both as $29.99 individually, probably to prevent price matching of either item because you’re never going to get TurboTax Deluxe + State for cheaper.
I attempted to PM TT to Target @ $39.99 but the register showed $29.99. You may be able to PM Quicken to Amazon’s $27.50 today, but YMMV because it says "Amazon Exclusive".
