I bought this during the last Rakuten sale even though I dont have any Canon lenses. According to reviews the MC-11 works really well with Sigma EF lenses. However it works with Canon EF lenses as well. Its doesnt do video AF as well as the Metabones V with Canon lenses. I couldnt find reviews of the MC-11 with the 24-70mm and the 70-200mm lenses, which would be the only adapted Canon lenses I am interested in at the moment.
The adapter works best with the A7iii, A7Riii, A9 and pretty well with the A7Rii. It also works well on the A6500/A6300, but you will have to use Full Frame lenses.
