You can get this deal by visiting the nearest Costco Warehouse to purchase your device.
What do I need to do?
Purchase a new qualifying Apple iPhone 8, 8 Plus, X, XR, XS, or XS Max at Full Retail Price (plus tax) during the promo period.
Activate at least 2 new Voice lines for new customers or add on at least 1 new Voice line on an existing account.
Trade in a paid-off, eligible Apple iPhone X, 8, 8 Plus, 7, 7 Plus, 6s, or 6s Plus in good condition
Get your rebate
You’ll receive a bill credit based on the Fair Market Value of your trade-in, then the remainder offers value as a rebate card.
You’ll need to submit a rebate using promo code COSTCOAPPLEJAN online at T-Mobile Rebates page.
You’ll receive your rebate (via virtual Prepaid MasterCard® Card) within 6 – 8 weeks, and you should expect to receive a text message confirming your submission was received. Anything else I should know?
Your qualified trade-in device must be fully owned (all device financing paid off) and in good working order without physical or liquid damage with the activation lock or anti-theft feature turned off.
