This is a well regarded beginner guitar. In my opinion, even at $199 it sounds much better than any beginner guitar has a right to. CC means concert size, which is quite a bit smaller body than the standard dreadnought, making this a great choice for smaller players (but not so small that it is for children…the neck is still normal size). I’d say that this size is big improvement over dreadnought for teens/adults in the 5’0" to ~ 5’8" range as it will give your right arm more flexibility for strumming, especially when playing sitting. This can be a big deal for beginners. If you’re taller than this, no harm in playing a smaller bodied guitar.
