I was in Lowe’s for the dryer deal and checked over the clearance pile. Saw a bunch of the Work Sharp WSKTS knife sharpeners for $41. Seems to be in person only and not online.
I know there was a recent thread with the Ken Onion version of this with great reviews. There is a former butcher on the forums (sorry bud, I can’t remember your name) that I hope will see this and comment. Amazon reviews look good.
