Boxes are pretty beat up but items are new will full factory warranty.
I just got mine (DW335X – trays plus extra blades) and everything looks fine. The salesman said they just got 10 of the DW735X model when I called/ordered, and I’ve read about potential orders being held for a few days with none in stock, so you may want to call 1st to confirm they have the model you want.
