He hasn’t chimed in lately, so I did the math on a couple options he would approve of (AKA: better than costco sale price of $0.00253/sheet, or 394 sheets/dollar). But there depending on your specific purchase interests, there might be several good options to consider, and I’ll include those below.

Additional YMMV-type caveats…
- NB: my local target store has the ad-placard for $15-off-50 all along the TP aisle, including right next to items that I don’t see on their website, or that do appear on their website, but without the red text noting the giftcard, so… caveat emptor, you might need to ask a manager if you should (but didn’t) qualify for the deal.
- Apparently Target is guilty of some shady stuff regarding partially-cancelled orders: check the last several pages of the 15-off-50 thread above.
- It looks like for whatever reason, DoublePlus rolls of ‘strong’ aren’t available online?
- Notably, most of the ‘soft’ rolls have a couple fewer sheets per roll, versus ‘strong’ rolls of the same type… making the ultra-soft rolls a slightly worse deal. Sorry soft-lovers
