NVIDIA Quadro P2000 Graphics Card $315.39 + Tax, FS @ Dell SB, AC, YMMV?

I stumbled on this price while researching building a Plex server…which I started to do because of the prior P2000 FP deal for $350. The need for the server has increased so today I was pricing out hardware. I randomly went to Dell and there’s this 17% off coupon that dropped the total price from $379 to $315.39! My total price + tax to PA was $334.31.
I did not see this on the main consumer site.
