Make a purchase from a participating Lowe’s store between 03/17/2019 and 03/23/2019. Submit all required information via mail-in or online. Purchase price is the price paid before taxes and after other applicable discounts and does not include installation or delivery. Requests must be postmarked by 04/22/2019. -Claims postmarked after this date will not be honored.
