Home depot has the newest Ryobi brushless 18v chainsaw on sale for $149.
I bought this a few months ago for $199, and I think its a great chainsaw – surprising power for 18v, lightweight, and tool-less chain tightening.

Also, the tool only with no battery is on sale for $119, but I think the 4ah battery is worth the extra $30.
