$5 from the cheapest its ever been which was $84.99 last year.
Being a big smart home tinker I slowly have evolved from the easy to use wifi plugs, to a wink 2 using zwave, now I have moved onto Hubitat. Main reason I did this is to no longer be dependent on internet/cloud to handle all the computing. The Hubitat gives you full local control of any z-wave/zigbee and many other protocol. The support and community around it seem awesome from all the forum surfing I have done. So if you are looking to do the same as me and have everything controlled locally, this looks like the best smart home hub yet.
