You’ll need to submit a rebate using promo code COSTCOAPPLEJUNE2019 online at T-Mobile Rebates page.
You’ll receive your rebate (via virtual Prepaid MasterCard® Card) within 6 – 8 weeks, and you should expect to receive a text message confirming your submission was received. You’ll also receive another text message with the virtual card details once you’re approved for the offer.
Limit of 1 per account.
If a voice line has been canceled within the past 90 days, it must be resumed before you can add a brand-new line to qualify.
This offer’s official name is Costco 2019 June iPhone Activate and Save.
The deal is back, with a few differences this time – mainly, iPhone 6/6s no longer give $750 rebate, the max rebate is $700, and the page says purchase must be through an installment plan (needs to be confirmed).
