I worked in a call center with literally hundreds of wireless Plantronics telephone headsets in use on each floor of an office tower with great sound, range and signal quality. Mine was used, abused, and very durable. In general, I trust Plantronics for wireless sound gear.

My one day of experience with the RIG 800LX has been similar so far: great quality and range with no interference at reasonable distances. Sturdy but lightweight flexible plastic construction, and very comfortable.
I expect this to last a lot longer than "Turtle Broke" products, which, for me, have not lasted.
I’ve been thinking of buying this for a few months, so when I stopped in and found this on sale, I grabbed one right away. The manager even knocked another 10% off the sale price because the box was dented up a little but not even open.
Caution if you buy an open box: the Xbox version comes with a single use Xbox or Windows 10 Dolby Atmos license. It’s worth about $15. If the box is open, check to see that the scratch off covering is still intact over the code, or take that into account when buying.
