Free Hot Dog Buns, any variety, up to $2.50 cash back, Coupons.com APP

Forgive me if someone else has posted this deal already. It did not come up in any of my searches on the site.
Coupons.com APP has free hotdog buns when you download the app, add the coupon, and purchase them from Walmart, Ralph’s, Publix, and Kroger(I believe Target has already reached maximum loading of the coupon). Connect your account to PayPal and submit your receipt through the app and they will reimburse you up to $2.50. Item must be purchased and the receipt must be submitted by 11:59 PM July 21, 2019.
REMEMBER TO LOAD THE COUPON BEFORE YOU PURCHASE THEM.
