Rachio Refurbished Sprinkler Controllers, 16-zone 3rd gen $189, 8-zone 3rd gen $149, 16-zone 2nd gen

Refurbished Rachio Sprinkler Controllers look to be on sale at Home Depot for slick prices. 2nd gen 16-zone for under $100, which seems like a great deal. I don’t have the yard for that, so I went for the 3rd gen 8-zone, which is the same price as the 2nd gen 8-zone new at $149. 3rd gen 16-zone is also only $189.
