TotalWireless is selling RECONDITIONED Samsung Galaxy Luna Pro phones for $19.99. Unlike most TotalWireless phones, these DO NOT require you to purchase a service plan. These devices are locked to the Tracfone family of companies and the only reasonable way to unlock them is to have service for 12 months. This is a low budget phone, so don’t expect a whole lot.
You can use them as a cheap backup phone with TotalWireless / Tracfone / StraightTalk / etc., or you can use them for cheap wifi devices. These are reconditioned devices, so not new. I have purchased a number of reconditioned devices from TotalWireless and they’ve all arrived looking like new, but ymmv.
When checking out, you’ll have the option to add a service plan. Add one if you’d like. If you prefer no plan, scroll down to the bottom of the service plan options and select the "
SERVICE PLAN NOT NEEDED AT THIS TIME" option.
