Amazon looks to have only one version listed with the cover art of no digital. I don’t see any confirmation of a digital copy included but it is possible they will ship the one with the digital even though this release date listed is consistent with the newer re-release which doesn’t show a digital copy on cover art.
Alternatively you can price match with Best Buy. Best Buy has two versions on its site with and w/o digital and someone confirmed the newest release which doesn’t list digital on the cover did not in fact have the digital copy. The other older release states a digital copy on cover and Best Buy confirms this in the product title.
