I’ve seen this shared previously, but it required me to sift through tons of items to see if they were eligible for the deal (it’s not all items.)
YMMV, but it’s been working for Kidkraft, Uppababy, Clek, Owlet, Melissa & Doug, Haba, Hape, Graco, Apple, Lenovo, and other items (across all categories… but some of the brands mentioned are particularly notorious for not having good deals.)
I found this online shopping for items we needed… it’s working and it’s all free shipping with Prime.
This link will take you to the page where ONLY the products can get an EXTRA 20% off on select Amazon Warehouse Deals. You can also keyword search with this link, and it should limit your results to only items with the deal option.
No idea how long it will last but as of now, it’s working. (In the page, click "from $… new & used", then, under used/open box options, you’ll see those with "extra 20% off" available.
For me, the discounts were automatically applied, I did not need any special Amazon promo codes or coupons.
