With credit to JimiJames for his similar March 2018 post (some of which I’ve copied below), if you are in the market for CUV (compact utility vehicle), the 2019 Buick Encore Preferred model can be had for under 15K with some negotiation. The Buick Encore Preferred comes well equipped and the Safety package can be added for around $425.
For my specific deal I purchased a new 2019 Buick Encore in the Atlanta, GA area for 40% off of MSRP when including the $700 Costco Cash card that is currently offered to Executive Members on top of the $5,500 GM incentives offered through 12/2/19. You must finance at least $7,500 of the purchase price and own or lease a 2005 or newer non-Buick/GM car to obtain this deal. Even better deals can be had if you also trade in your current vehicle.

The dealer discount is obviously a big variable and requires negotiation, however several quotes from dealers in my area came in around the same price.
