Integrates very well with home automation. App is free. Self-monitoring is free. Works with IFTTT, Ecobee, Hue, smart door locks, and much more.
For the same features, it’ll cost more to go with a different company. I have contacted support a few times for help with automations, and they’ve always gotten back to me with a good solution.
