What I like about this knife: It has a nice heft, balance and feel to it in my hand – perfect for slicing and dicing fruit and vegetables. It comes sharp, straight out of the box. It is well-constructed and the materials appear to be first rate.
The Fissman knife appears to be a cut above the knives available at my local Target and Walmart. (Pun intended ) It’s a bargain at this price point.
