If you signed up for the 3 month trial of Amazon Music Unlimited HD when it was announced the trial ends in roughly a week and you will be charged $12.99 a month for an individual plan.

The link above should work, but if not log into your Amazon account, go to "Account & Lists" then "Your Membership & Subscriptions" and you should be able to cancel your subscription there. It does have you go through three screens confirming cancellation to try to convince you to stay.
Honestly, Amazon Music Unlimited *is* cheaper than what most pay for Spotify and Apple Music but wanted to give the heads-up because I know most have probably forgot.
