Redpocket 15GB/mth annual plan on AT&T / Sprint down to $260 (and state taxes)

I saw the other RP deal for $195 posted on SD; while checking it out, noticed that the 15GB/mth plan is down to $260.
AT&T / Sprint only, note that ebay adds state taxes.
Comparing to Mint 12GB at 300/year (or the AT&T 8GB at 300/year), this seems like a decent option.
