I was able to use these codes in the US by connecting to a Brazilian VPN via TunnelBear (free account) and redeeming using a browser in incognito mode. YMMV of course, but this method has worked for several others.
I purchased three codes, then converted to game pass ultimate for $1 more. $94.87 total. I’m subscribed to game pass ultimate now until 12/14/2022!

Just adding that you can only have up to 36 months banked in your XBL account at once, so plan accordingly. When you redeem the codes, there will be an option get get a free extra month with auto-bill. Be sure to turn this OFF if you plan on redeeming 3 codes, otherwise it will put you at 25 months after the second code and you won’t be able to redeem the third.
