The Infants’ Tylenol class action settlement will provide $2.15 to consumer for every 1 or 2 fl. oz. bottles purchased. If a Class Member can provide proof of purchase (receipts, etc.), they can collect an unlimited number of bottles. If a Class Member does not provide proof of purchase, they can collect up to seven bottles for a maximum payment of $15.05.
In order to benefit from the Infants’ Tylenol class action settlement, Class Members need to file a valid Claim Form by April 13, 2020. The deadline for exclusion and objection is also April 13, 2020. The final approval hearing for the settlement is scheduled for May 11, 2020.
- Who’s Eligible
- Class Members include all U.S. residents who bought Johnson & Johnson Infants’ Tylenol between Oct. 3, 2014 and Jan. 6, 2020.

Class Members can file a claim for up to seven bottles of Infants’ Tylenol without proof of purchase for a total of $15.05.

Proof of Purchase
Not required, but those Class Members who can provide a receipt or other documentation with their Claim Form are not limited to the number of bottles they can claim
