Was looking for the Genie SilentMax 750 garage door opener on clearance at Homedepot, but was unsuccessful. Instead I found the Chamberlain B1381 LED 1.25HP Garage Door Opener for $179. Not as good as last year when is was available cheaper than that. Lifetime warranty on the belt for the Chamberlain and battery backup are also nice to have.
