Checking a few zip-codes on the East Coast (for example 07094), Brick Seek shows that Walmart’s 90% OFF after Christmas clearance has begun this morning. This means that later in the day, or tomorrow, most WM B&M will drop to 90% OFF, add a few hours for your time zone. YMMV
