I was looking for internet provider in Austin area and found out that Spectrum is providing spectrum ultra (400/20mbps; they advertise as 400mbps) for $25. It came as $29.99 for me. I used to pay $65/mo.
Also, they will provide free modem but you will need to pay for the router or you can get your own router/mesh wifi. They said free wifi but I did not see it. They used to charge $5/mo for wifi/router.
