Nintendo eShop has games on sale from publisher, Drageus Games.
NOTE: Some of the additional discounts end today (9/8) and I only saw the reduced price when viewing on the Switch.

If you read the game details in the eShop page on the Switch, it says that this game is 100% off if you own a set of other games from the publisher.
Looking at the pages for the other games in the list, there are additional discounts if you own one of their other games.

I was able to maximize this deal by doing the following:
1) Purchase the cheapest one of their games from the sale list that does NOT list 100% discount for owning another title. Dead Dungeon was the cheapest @ $0.29.
2) This allows you to download Swaps and Traps for free.
3) You then get the additional discount on other games already on sale.
