Target stores in the CT area has these for $1.79. You can order these for pickup by changing stores on the main page and checkout. This is a little better than the costco price which is $3.69 for 40 compared to $3.58 for 48.
Step 1: On the top left of the Target webpage right under the Target logo you should see "My Store". Click on the drop down and use zipcode 06042 then pick whatever store in range as they all have it for this price in that area.
Step 2: On the product page you can either add the product to your cart and then change to your store in checkout or add it to your cart for your location by choosing the "edit store" option.
