This is likely YMMV, and I know PenFed NEVER has offers like this, but corresponding with Prime Day(s), I got a pretty simple email from PFCU:
"Prime Day is here and so is a special offer from PenFed!" (email title).
Earn $25 Cash Back when you make at least $150 in purchases at Amazon.com between October 13th and October 14th. (email text)
And there was a link to Amazon of course. I don’t know if it’s customer-specific though, but I did click on it, it brought me to Amazon signed out; I signed in and it brought me to my payments (e.g. wallet) page, but no banners or other signs that the offer is active.
