$10 is as low as I’ve seen for 4K Pixar movies at the major digital retailers. I didn’t check every title at every retailer, but it looks like most or all of the following titles should be $9.99 (last night, I noticed a few at some sites that were $14.99 and $19.99, but hopefully these will be lowered to compete, as in the past):

There are also bundle prices on the franchises (Cars, Finding…, Incredibles, Monsters, and Toy Story) that make for even better deals if you don’t already own any of the individual movies. If you have a single-use promo code (like 20% off), a bundle can maximize your discount.
Edit: some of the bundles are actually worse deals than buying individually because of higher per-movie prices and/or being in HD instead of 4K. For some reason, no one seems to have a decent bundle price on Monsters, Inc./Monsters University but here are some good values for the others:
