You can get Lenovo to match the price (free shipping included). This is how you do it:
- Go to https://www.lenovo.com/us/en/contact.
- You might need to create a Lenovo account.
- Use the CHAT WITH US option.
- Pick the Home Sales or Small Business options.
- Ask the sales rep you get connected with if they’ll match Office Depot’s price.
- My experience: First, tried the Home Sales chat option, twice, but they kept saying they wouldn’t match monitor prices or competitors’ sales in general. Then, I switched to the Small Business option, and they matched the price right away. Took about 10 minutes for the sales rep to get approval, after which she emailed me a quote, with a link that allowed me to order at the discounted price. (If the business option is greyed out, it’s because they’re closed. Try again during business hours.)
